Usage
Kibble is free during the beta, and every workspace is on the Beta plan: unlimited forms, sites and members, partial submissions, triage, every destination (email, Slack, webhooks, your database), the full history and the read API. Paid plans, and a free plan, come after the beta (see After the beta).
What is counted, and shown under Settings → Usage in the dashboard:
| Counted | Beta plan | |
|---|---|---|
| Responses | Completed responses this month, spam included (partial and test responses are not counted) | 1,000 a month per workspace |
| Triage | Reviews this month, including test responses | 1,000 a month per workspace |
When the triage limit is reached, responses keep arriving and are delivered as usual, just without triage until the next month. If a workspace needs more than the beta's limits, get in touch.
Other limits:
- Submissions: 60 a minute per IP, 600 a minute per form and per origin (
429withRetry-After). - Creating sandbox projects: 5 an hour per IP.
- Sandbox (unclaimed) data is deleted after 72 hours. Claimed sites keep everything.
- A submission body is at most 256 KB.
After the beta
- Kibble moves to paid plans and keeps a free plan.
- Workspaces from the beta get a discount.
- You're never charged unless you choose a paid plan.
